SHIPPING RATES ARE FLAT RATES
Flat rates are as follows, depending on your order total at checkout:
LOCAL PICK-UPS
Can I pick-up my order? Locals to Athens, Georgia and the surrounding areas can inquire about coordinating a no-contact, porch pick-up. Please email us for more information!
SHIPPING & TURNAROUND TIMES
When will my order ship? Once full payment has been received, non-custom items will ship within 3-5 business days. Custom products (return address stamps, invitations, notepads, etc.) are shipped via USPS Priority mail with tracking and insurance within 7 business days (not including time spent on custom art for a project). All other products ship via USPS First Class unless customer requests otherwise. Shipments within the US will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Please contact us with any questions you may have about shipping, and we'll be happy to help!
ORDER STATUS / TRACK MY ORDER

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, it is unable to be cancelled or modified.
HOW CAN I REPORT A DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
Please report any damaged or missing items to hello@nattymichellepaperie.com within 7 days of delivery.
MY PACKAGE IS LOST. WHAT DO I DO?
If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you to take the following steps:
- Check with your neighbors or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there.
- Reach out to your local post office with your tracking information. Carriers occasionally mark packages "Delivered" before they're dropped off. Please contact your carrier if it's been more than 24 business hours since you received a delivery notification.
- Contact our team at hello@nattymichellepaperie.com and include your order number.
Please report your lost or stolen shipment within 7 days of the marked delivery date. Once a shipment has been marked as delivered, we are no longer responsible for the particular package.
Please note: Natty Michelle Paperie is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.
