Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not happy, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Please note that used, opened and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Custom orders that have been reviewed by customers through a proof-and-approval process also cannot be returned.  

Gift cards are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Any order returned to the wrong address (i.e. the address not provided on the return form) will incur a rerouting fee subtracted from the refund.

Sale items 
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an order. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
