What are your shop hours? Our hours are Monday through Friday, 10 am to 5 pm EST, but hours can be flexible, especially during the summer. If you message us after hours, we're likely away from the office and will respond to you the following business day. If you have questions about an existing order or need to contact us for customer service, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to you as soon as we can within 48 business hours.
Can I call you? Because we're a very small online shop, at this time we do not offer over-the-phone customer service. If you have a question or concern please email us, and we'll return your message ASAP. Thank you!
Can I pick-up my order? As much as we would love to meet every one of you, give you a hug and say thank you in person (!) it's impossible to accommodate and coordinate so many locals for pick-ups, so this service is currently unavailable. Thank you so much for your understanding! Please check out our local retailers page to find a store near you, or contact us if you have questions or concerns about when your items will ship.
SHIPPING & TURNAROUND TIMES
When will my order ship? Once full payment has been received, non-custom items will ship within 3-5 business days. Custom products (return address stamps, invitations, notepads, etc.) are shipped via USPS Priority mail with tracking and insurance within 7 business days (not including time spent on custom art for a project). All other products ship via USPS First Class unless customer requests otherwise. Shipments within the US will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Please contact us with any questions you may have about shipping, and we'll be happy to help!
Do you accept international orders? Yes! Please message us for rates and we'll be happy to set up a custom order.
Can you make me a custom map or skyline? Natty Michelle Paperie is a one-woman operation -- with two shop babies to take care of, including a newborn! -- so at this time Natalie is unable to take on custom art projects. We hope to offer this service again in the future, but at this time we are unable to confirm when this will be. The best way to get a print in your hands is to have a retailer in your area contact us about opening a wholesale account. Our business grows best by word of mouth, and we are so appreciative to those of you who pass our name along to other small businesses who may be interested in carrying our line!
Can you make me a custom line of products to sell wholesale? Availability and terms depend on a variety of factors. Please sign up to become a wholesale vendor here and enter your request in the message box at the bottom of the form. We'll get back to you as soon as we can with availability and pricing info.
Can you customize [insert product here] for me? Mugs, party cups, magnets, stickers, letterpress coasters and art prints are not customizable. This includes names, dates, logos and business information. Items that can be personalized, like stamps, notepads and select stationery, include info about how to personalize within the listing.
Can holders can be customized with names/dates, but they cannot be cross-branded with other company logos or information, and skyline artwork cannot be altered. Customization is available for bulk orders only (12 can holders minimum), and a design fee applies. Please e-mail us for more info!
Can you draw a portrait of my house? At this time large pen and ink portraits are unavailable, but we do sell home portrait return address stamps that come with a small pen and ink portrait. You can find these in the shop here.
Do you offer calligraphy services? At this time we do not offer calligraphy services.
Do you sell your products at wholesale prices? Yes; we do! You can request to become a wholesale vendor here. Before placing an order, please review our wholesale terms and conditions. Most products are available to be purchased wholesale, but please e-mail us if you have any questions or additional concerns that aren't already addressed via our terms and conditions page: email@example.com.
What is your return policy? We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not happy, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Please note that used, opened and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Custom orders that have been reviewed by customers through a proof-and-approval process also cannot be returned.
PRINTABLE FILES | LICENSING
Can I get a printable file of your work? Because we value the quality of the paper of our products and cannot guarantee print or paper quality with at-home printing, we do not offer PDFs for print.
Can I purchase a file of your work for a project/personal use? For branding reasons, we do not sell files of Natalie's designs or artwork for resale or personal use. Serious licensing inquiries can be emailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
MADE IN THE USA
Where are your products made? We're very proud that the majority of our products are made in the US or locally in Athens, Georgia and assembled by hand. Letterpress goods are designed by Natalie and pressed by Margot Ecke at Smokey Road Press. Birch ornaments are made by hand by the folks at Night Owl Paper Goods in Birmingham, Alabama. Enamel pins are made by our friend Mike at Quality Lapel Pins in Colorado. Mugs are sourced overseas but screen printed in the USA.
